Dr Steve Fisher is my The family GP and have always found him to be an Awesome Dr ! Without his help and knowledge I would not have had the life saving surgery on my back and be able to walk and function .... Would of been in a wheel chair otherwise at the age of 21 ! I have gone on to have 2 children aswell ! I did not think this was going to be possible ! So, I am very Thankful and grateful to hum and the Orthopaedic Team who looked after me . It just takes a while to get an appointment with Dr Steve Fisher - sometimes 3 weeks ! It is great that the repeat prescriptions can be ordered at picked up at Tesco - saves alot of hastle and time

Dr Nat is a caring GP who takes time to understand your current condition and your medical history. He also makes you feel at ease and is genuinely interested in you and your family. A great asset to the surgery, he will be sadly missed.

The medical treatment I have had recently from Dr Nat and from Dr Liz Fisher has been of the best - real care and attention. And for this I am extremely grateful. However, trying to get an appointment is a nightmare and being told that I have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with my designated doctor (I am over 75) is really not good enough. As for the alternative of hanging on the phone for 30 - 40 minutes when calling in at 8.0am, for an earlier appointment, is simply not acceptable. I know it is a large and busy practice but can I suggest that its management needs to take a long, hard look at the appointment system. There must be a better way which leaves me, as a patient, feeling 'wanted' in the best sense of that word.

Dr Holwell he is such a lovely Dr,you sometimes have to wait to see him but people don't mind this as he gives you his time when you go in.Sometimes the Dr askes to see you again in 7 or 10 days but there are no appointments for a few weeks.Phoneing for appointment can be frustrating you have to wait ages sometimes.On the whole always been very good to me no complaints.
